Hello

I no longer use my 2degrees number as I am out of New Zealand and will be for a while. I tried to send a message to the Contact Us link and got a response detailing how to change my plan. I guess that's some automated response as my request was clear, I thought. Anyway, my reply requesting more info seems to have been lost....

How do I close my 2Deg plan? What email address can I send a request to?

Many thanks

Gund

Hi Gund,

Sorry if the the email reply didn't help. Please PM us your number and 4 digit PIN and we can do it for you.

When emailing us we just need to know your number and 4 digit PIN or other authentication and reason for closing your account and we can do it. You can also call us on +64 22 200 2000.

Please let us know your email address so we can look into how you got that automated reply.

Cheers
^POB
