It seems like a stupid question, but I can't for the life of me fine them documented anywhere.

What are 2Degrees Broadbands DNS server addresses?

Thanks

Thanks.

Are these still the best ones to use on 2Degrees Fibre?

I am not using a Fritz, and I manually enter the DNS server addresses into my router.
