Has anyone else not received their bonus data? I brought one of their 2degrees $19 Carryover Combo SIM packs for this deal. I activated it on the 28th August, however, I still haven't received the bonus data. I did port my existing number onto the sim, however, it's been more than 7 days with no sign of the bonus data.

 

 

 

I'll get in contact with them latter today, just wondering if it's a system issue affecting multiple people or just me.

I had that exact issue, I signed up with them on the 25th, still hadn't received my bonus data by 6th September, called them and they told me it was 'in a queue to be processed' and that they could trigger it immediately. 2 mins later I had a text confirming my bonus data and it showed in My2Degrees.

Might just leave it then and wait for it to be processed eventually (unless I use all of the 500MB first).

Ok, bonus data still hadn't arrived so rang them on 200 to discuss. A long wait was promised therefore have sent them an email to follow up. Will advise progress.
