Hi

Share data has stopped working for myself and my partner. Can someone from 2 degrees please message me to resolve. Partner has had to buy multiple data packs die top sharing not working. She's actually had quite a few issues with her account since the 2 degrees "upgrade".

The automated sharing text suggests I'm sharing with her 3 times yet she is running out of data and i have heaps.


215540** is now sharing their data with 2114493**, 2114493**, 2114493**, 2269783**. Please restart your device to start sharing data. To stop txt STOP & number to 747.

Her phone number listed 3 x "2114493**" i added stars to hide her full number.

This is an ongoing problem for several months.

Partner rung a few times. The three times ive tried I've waited 15+ minutes and given up. That's why I'm trying here instead.

Try stopping shared data, check that all 3 entries for her number disappear. Then re enable it for her. Just incase the multiple entries is triggering some bug that breaks data sharing.

Thanks for suggestion. Unable to remove the multiple entries. I get the following error.

Something's gone wrong. We couldn't process your request for a Shared Data. Please try again.

I'm able to toggle the 3rd duplicate on and off even a restart or waiting a day between requests does not work.

It needs to be cleaned up from the billing system side. You definitely need to log a ticket, I'm afraid. Me just checking the IN will only makes things worse in the long run.

Ever since the big system upgrade at 2D, it's been impossible to manage shared data from the 2D portal. One of my teenagers is using more of my data than I'd like, but now I don't appear able to monitor who it is. Are there plans to bring this functionality back soon, or are we out of luck?
