So I tried to top up $99 yesterday to buy a zone data pack in order to use in my 4G modern. This was online. Their website unfortunately glitches and the page reloaded as though nothing happened. So I checked my bank account and the money has been taken out. (As of today, be transaction has "cleared" and is no longer on hold status)

I called them immediately yesterday and over the course of the day from about 11 am to 6 pm I spent over an hour on hold (with me ending the call each time, I got work to do - I can't just sit there on hold all bloody day).

Now I'm $99 short and I don't have a working data plan.

On Stuff/NBR and Facebook I can see 2d making a lot of excuses about "unusually high all volumes" going back to March this year. One would think that with ongoing issues with "high call volume" (which is just a cop out) you'd hire more staff....

As I write this post out I've been on hold for 25 minutes listening to patronising messages about how I should reboot my handset to fix any issues.

Anyway, on the odd chance that someone from 2d is monitoring this forum could you please get in touch?

Alternatively is there any other mobile co that provides 4G data plans at a reasonable price? Although at this point I'd gladly pay more so I don't have to deal with this unpleasrness.
