I have been running a personal webserver from home for a while now. Recently I haven't been able to access the sites externally.

I updated my Fritz box to the latest firmware to see if that fixed it. But it has not; I am able to get access to SSH (external port 2222 to internal port 22) but I cannot get ports 80 or 443 to forward to an internal IP.

This was working about a month ago. When I scan for external ports the HTTP and HTTPS (80 and 443) are closed.

I was also moved from the $85/month plan to the $75/month at around the same time. I'm on unlimited fiber 100/20.

Hiya - What IP address are you trying to connect to from external, you don't appear to have an static IP address. We do not filter so suspect it's something to do with how you've configured your NAT rules (Given you've got a response maybe not), or firewalling (Iptables?) on your webserver.

Nick.

Nmap showing state as CLOSED implies a TCP RST was received.
The Fritz won’t respond to a closed port, so i’d guess it’s your web server sending this.

Indeed, and my point :-)

Thanks for that, I should have picked that up; something has changed in my config....now I just need to track it down!

Does the Fritzbox run a CLI?

If so, post the output of "iptables --list"
