@elisammgarcia If on ADSL2+ and the house wiring is good the speed should be much better for than that!

Hi, so 800m which adds up as not too far out with 14dB atteuation I would expect nearly full 23Mb/s download, so while not the whole problem here clearly the house wiring could be sorted to get better ultimate speeds.

 

But looking at it, I suggest its a port/provisioning issue, something 2d and Chorus can only sort out.

Looks like it's still an eth.E1, but is also listed as VDSL capable on the reports so I'm not sure how the Math works on that..

 

If it truly is an E1 I'm surprised the latency on that trace is so low..

 

 

 

@ChorusNZ would be best to advise though.
