Does anyone know the SIM unlocking code for the Samsung W531 a friend of mine tried to insert a 2 Degrees SIM card and would not work because the phone is SIM locked.
On calling Telecom mobile they refuse to give him the unlock code. Didn't Vodafone run foul of the Commerce Commission eighteen months ago when they started to SIM lock handsets and the backed off.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Do a search via Google. There are several codes but we aren't allowed to give them out here. I have my motherinlaws old W531 with my 2d SIM card in it. The only downside you can't send picture text or use the dialer in it
