EDIT: Sorry about the double post, posted from cellphone.

Any way they are going to courier me out a sim and I should have it by Tuesday. Thanks to the head of customer reps at 2degrees Bryony and the product consultant Victoria for sorting things out.

My $5 (and yes, if you signed up early, they were $5 cards) never turned up and neither did my wifes.

2Degrees were very good, sending both an email + txt checking up whether we had received it or not.
When we responded that it had never turned up (about the same time that there was news coverage that they were in talks with NZ Post), 2Degrees responded and shipped us new cards - which I'm assuming will be at home when I hit Chch tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I received two a few days ago... one of the address labels said "LOST?" on it instead of a number in the third field on the first row. Given one away to a friend, will do the same with the other. I'd already given in to temptation and bought a $2 simcard pack from the dairy.

After seeing simlar abortions of labels on sims that arrived at friends, I am guessing that noone at 2 degrees has read any of the stuff from nz post about addressing, that despite thei obnoxious address chooser that doenst work half the time.
