Thought this was interesting. The
latest draft TSO
has 2 Degrees' revenue for the year ending June '09 at $2.5 million (page 10).
Not a lot but that's before the August launch so presumably is entirely inbound roaming. (Last year it was $42k.)
And it's more than the $2.1 million Woosh earned.
Next year's will be interesting!

Could that include pre-sales of stock before launch to companies like DSE, Noel Leeming etc?

It wouldn't because the TSO only counts revenue from providing telephony services to end users.
