Is there a max top up balance allowed for prepay customers?  Or is there no limits?

$150 is the max you can top-up with. This weekend at our new store openings at Porirua and The Plaza, Palmerston North this weekend we've got 'Double-Up' specials limited to $100 maximum (top up between $20 to $100 and we'll double it!).

Cheers just came off the phone.
$150 is the max per text message but there isn't a limit on the customer's balance apparently :)

i'm pretty sure there is a limit on customer balance, but if you reach that limit i would be very surprised. why would anyone need more than a couple of hundred dollars on their prepay account at any one time?

Any posts are personal comments and not that of my employer

Reminds me of the Good Ol' Days at Vodafone when a customer topped up his wife's mobile by $X000 during one of the double-up promos. Strangely, she couldn't spend $2X000 in a single year, and so there were some ... heated discussions with customer care when a very large fraction of that amount expired a year later.
