The 6ms is because it was over wifi as I was initially thinking it may be my ethernet or something causing the issues.

Anyway, I am about to go into the house and swap the router over etc to prove it isnt my gear, but what is the likely time-frame to get something like this looked at over xmas? Otherwise I will just stop the torrenting on the slingshot connection and move over to using that instead for now.

Hi Richard,

Call center is open tomorrow, I think it's 8am - 8pm. I'll flick an email through to the residential support team and get someone to have a look, but call in too!

We might be ok, its giving sane results now and I can browse again, but it did that for a while after reconnecting. We shall see. I really should get you guys to get chorus to look into the low sync sometime regardless.
