I have spoken to the (SNAP) helpdesk (on saturday) and they confirmed the issue is known, yet nothing on your Network Status page.
Of the four emails sent on saturday to an xtra address, 2 had arrived by sunday afternoon. Of the 3 test emails sent so far to a hotmail address none have arrived yet.
We have also had this issue at work (Also use SNAP) for some weeks sending to trademe users who have hotmail addresses and them not receiving our emails so had to setup a gmail address to solve.
If this issue is known, why not show it on your Network Status page to save us wasting so much time trying to work out where the issue is when it is not us - the users?
Not all of us use twitter or facebook!
I have posted this primarily to at least let others be aware of the issue.
