Its time to update WordPress, 3.5.2 is a bug and security update which means its fixing a lot of security problems that could come back and bite you in the behind if you don't update.

Remember to backup your database before you upgrade!

Just make sure your plugins and themes are compatible first. I don't think there is a huge rush.

I would be more concerned with the 3.6 update that is coming.

3.5.2 was rushed out ahead of the 3.6 update that was supposed to come in april and has no release date at the moment. It contains many security fixes and as such is an update that should be put in place as soon as possible.

I always make sure to do backup of files and database before updating, if you do that you will be able to roll back if something goes awry.
