Thanks folks. I thought of the first suggestion but wasn't sure. Will try that first - one port connected to my LAN, another to the new router so all traffic goes through that. My LAN will continue to go through cable, the server through DSL.

Sorry if i have got the completely wrong end of the stick but wouldn't the following be ok?

NIC 1 - LAN connection
IP: 192.168.10.1
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway:
DNS: 192.168.10.1 (Assuming server is DNS server)

NIC 2 - Internet connection
IP: 192.168.20.1
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway:
DNS: 192.168.20.1 (Split DNS zone on the server)

I would add the gateway to the second port and that should work. Connection is coming live tomorrow (I think, have to install copper since we don't have it at home)...
