I think before you ask opinions on a company to go for it might be helpful to know what it's going to be used for and what you are expecting from it.

I don't believe the product's requirements and my expectations of them were part of the initial question, I am purely looking for copier sale/lease companies that don't have an IT services business unit. Which I seem to have found (thanks all), but thanks anyway.

BigHammer: Any reason the PM content can't be posted in the thread? If it's something that could help out the rest of us in the same position, it would be appreciated.

My actions, inactions, comments, or otherwise could be reflected back to my employer.
In a perfect world, we should be able to keep our forum postings, beliefs, and viewpoints  aside from our professional lives and be all grown up about it, but we don't live in a perfect world. Paradise perhaps, but not perfect :-)

My thoughts are no longer my own and is probably representative of our media-controlled government

Depending on what the needs are, some of the bigger Oki machines are rather competitive with some of the copiers. RFP'ed one of our customers with Oki, came in way cheaper, but of course the incumbent got scared and said they could warranty the existing machines another 3 years and dropped the prices. Before that, i think we where about half the cost.
