As per this article on SlashDot  Pearson Vues credential management system has apparently been compromised.

So if you've taken any Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, etc exams you probably need to go change your password.

Yeah mine was 32ish digits of random noise :-) But still changed.

Am I missing something? I've had an exam or two through them (Microsoft), but I don't remember having a separate login.

Are we suggesting that the Microsoft login, which passes off for some kind of SSO, has been compromised? Or do PV have an actual login somewhere?

They have a separate login.


Hmm ok, I don't appear to have a separate login, mine is done via Microsoft's SSO, so I should be OK.
