I know im new to this, but i have to ask....

Where is the best place for code review? is it free? are people doing it? or people just don't like helping others reviewing their code?

https://stackoverflow.com/ is a good resource.

If you ask a question here, try not to be vague or just post code and say "help". The more information you include the more help you can get from the superb community there.

Assuming this is what you are after?

You could join a developers network for the languages you are using and ask within the community as well.

First of all, welcome on board.

According to Wikipedia[1], code review is {systematic} examination of computer source code. Thus you should do the code review according to a fixed plan or system.

It's not about someone helps others, it's about how to build a robust software.

Obviously, your current working procedure will influence how to do code review. Do you work together, remotely? Being a fireteam, in the peer, etc.

I think you can also outsourcing the code review to other companies, but how to conduct the evaluation would be a big problem.

Where are you developing? if on github, you can review as part of a pull request. If it is just a couple of you even in a business, you can take advantage of MS offer for free VS 2015 community and VSTS. Code review can happen during pull request there too.

This really needs more info for what you are expecting, how you are working and what your needs are.

Otherwise if it a one off, http://codereview.stackexchange.com/.
