I am an Enterprise Architect/Project Manager (Networks, Cloud, Server/Storage etc) with some spare time and wondering if there is any use for my skills for a Charity.

I work Full time in Akl, but willing to do work on w/ends etc.

Are there any organisations you can sign up with? I am not sure how to get started?

By the sounds of it you are looking for something more long term.

Try this nor now: impactNPO Auckland Charity Hackathon weekend - Sept 2017. You could come out of this with an agreement to provide additional longer support to the charity that you supported over the weekend.

I have not seen many IT related options here, but you can try volunteeringauckland.org.nz

Thanks, I've tried via the Hackathon link... not sure if they're full.

Might check out Neighbourly as well.
