I'm working on a Sharepoint community site for an initiative at work and am struggling with the lack of web content management.  What I think I need is to deploy some form of wiki site or website template but I'm having trouble finding someting I can use - especially as I'm stuck using 2.0 (Sharepoint's a low priority for my organisation).

I don't have access to the server so am limited there on options, but I can upload templates through the site admin screens.  I also have zero budget so am looking for open source or free resources.

Has anyone found useful tools out there?

If you're using SharePoint Services 2.0 on Windows Server 2003 already, why not just insist on the upgrade to 3.0?  SharePoint Services 3.0 has wiki templates (and several others) by default.

I work for an international organisation which has about 10k staff in NZ alone - any move like that is glacial at best.  I have sent off an enquiry on this but I don't think this technology is a high priority for the organisation.  Frown
