I'm waiting for an Aliexpress parcel shipped from China with https://dpex.com that's been sitting in Auckland customs processing since Friday.

I'm wondering who I could call to arrange pickup as looking to get hold of it ASAP and DPEX doesn't list any NZ contacts?

It'll be NZPost like most intl parcel/mail level.

In which case if it is as far as handover to them you can adjust delivery instructions online

Expect it to sit there a while if it is batteries or any sort of electronics

17track is a good one for intl tracking. And NZ Post will get their own label put on it (but may show in local tracking) depending on the service level

It'll very likely be NZ Post.

There is nothing you can really do to speed up the process which can take anywhere from an hour to a week depending on the product and the assessment and whether you need to pay customs fees and/or duty.

If shipping is critical use DHL ex Asia.

It's also possible they're not logging anything after it's hit Customs. Unless they note the senders tracking details or updated NZ Post tracking details in the NZ Post system, you might just have to hang tight and hope it gets to you soon.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.
