One of my 1st domain imap emails has suddenly stopped working.

Thunderbird error shows server mail.1stdomains etc has disconnected.

I logged into my 1st domains reseller account and the email is active but when I click into the email account in the email users section just nothing happens.

Other emails I have with other 1st domains are working so its strange how one has stopped working.

Its not an email I actually use so I tried to delete the whole email but 1st domains platform just gives me an object error.

If I try to log in to the webmail platform I just get a system down error.

But my other Imap emails are ok

If anyone can advise, thanks

You've been provided advice about your email setup many times now in order to improve reliability but it appears you have not followed any of these suggestions.
