By the way, I work for a telco and may have to go onsite (data centres/exchanges) if #*#@ hits the fan to keep the network and a large section of the economy running. Are people insinuating that because I work for a telco I'm all of a sudden "paid enough to expose myself and household to Covid19"?
I don't think anyone is paid enough and did not insinuate that you are paid enough - I don't even know your situation or yourself so don't take what you read on a generic post as something personal.
What I do know is that as an employee you can work with your employer to minimise risks or change some of the stuff you do. Start reading from here.
