I guess your delegate badge needs to have your name on it?

I finally have fibre!  Had to leave the country to get it though.

Folks, we have a lot of people in this thread who showed interest but have not yet registered.

Also remember YOU HAVE TO CLICK THE LINK IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL to get your registration completed.

We managed to get the sponsorship based on numbers we gathered from here and other places. Please make sure you register!

I would, but my employer is cheap and will only pay for badges for some of us.  The rest of us have to share badges.  As usual, I don't get my own name.  Oh well, maybe next year.

I wonder how many of you guys I've run into and not recognised (after all, I haven't seen what most of you look like!). I know that Mauricio and I were in the same session at one point because of this (no, it wasn't me that called that out) but chances are I've run into a few of you and we've both had no idea :)

One thing I suggested during dinner was adding geekzone usernames on our delegate badges...next time perhaps...

Android user, software developer, a semi-typical (not a gamer) geek, and a Bernese Mountain Dog nut!

We might have a hard time. The entire Tech.Ed system is standard so Microsoft NZ doesn't have any power to change things. But that would be cool...

I went to a gaming convention the other day (I'm such a geek...) and they had my real name in nice big letters, with "Behodar" in about 4 point font underneath. Good idea, bad execution :P

@MF, I was not thinking of making it a Microsoft thing - I'm sure it's not illegal for us to write our geekzone user name on our badges? :o)
