There is no such thing in the market right now (NZ).

You can preordering from Noel Leeming but you'll end up on the "UNKNOWN ETA" just like the rest of us.

You'd be better luck to buy it from Expansys.co.nz if you preferred to pay for custom fee.

BigHammer: I asked someone who has an account with them. He looked it up for me and that's what both white and blue 32GB models stated.

Oh thank you BigHammer. If you have any more news then please share it with us 32GB version preorderers. We've nowhere to look for information right now other than calling up the store we made our preordered.

If you can keep us posted with the changes and news regarding this would greatly helped us with a guestimate time frame. I'm going to hold out my temptations until the end of this month and then making my decision. Big thank you.

hey mate there are 32gb version of samsung galaxy s3 on some parallel imported sites, why don't you try and order your phone there?

is it okay to buy some parallel imported gadgets mate?

cause i have an experience on my galaxy s2 before that i bought on expert info, my ICS update was kinda late and thanks to my wife she figured out how to update it and she said the phone was rooted from germany. that's why im thinking twice to buy another stuff on some importing shops here.

Yes that is okay to order it from Parallel Import site like Expansys or Mobilecity. But the down side is you do not have Warranty unless you send it back to them which is oversea and cost is not cheap.

+1

Would really appreciate any updates too.  I guess I'm in the same boat as you, could consider purchasing the 32GB Blue SGS3 if it surfaces anywhere else in NZ first.  Initially loved the $230 saving but won't matter now as I've already waited too long IMO.  Just want to bloody have a good jam on the phone.....ehh.

Ugh seems like my SGSIII is in limbo.

WHS sent it back to be assessed almost two weeks ago, and apparently Samsung still haven't come back with a response. WHS sent it back to their supplier, who then forwarded it to Samsung.

Tried to contact the supplier directly but they didn't want to talk to me, saying that they don't speak to the end-user and to talk with WHS. I then rang up Samsung and who have no idea where the phone is and want me to get a valid reference number from the supplier as the one that was given to me wasn't in their system.

Now I'm stuck and have to go back to WHS to find out what is happening and possibly get them to get a valid reference number from the supplier for Samsung. What a mess.

Damn sorry to hear that. I think try push it with the WHS because you're covered by the consumer protection.
Within the 14days you can get a replacement. Very unfortunate for you bud. May be due to the low supply of S3 right now is the cause of the limbo.

Which part of the Consumer Guarantees Act says you're entitled to a replacement within 14 days of purchase?

I've always been able to get a replacement and money back within that period. But I think I'm being misleading here. My apology. May be that is stated by the trader guarantee.
But he can still ask the trader for a replacement if the repair is taking too long.

He should not have to dealt with the manufacturer for his repair either. He has the power to either ask for refund or replacement within a suitable time frame. If warehouse stationary has a product to replace in stock then he can ask for it and let WHS sort things out with manufacturer. That is what I understand.
