Peter7068: I live in Wellington and ordered mine about 3PM Monday, the courier attempted to deliver it yesterday morning but I'd already left for work. Drove to depot this morning and picked it up, have got mini-SIM from Vodafone, swapped over number and have just completed all the set-up steps.

Hurrah! Nexus 4 is now my main phone.

Well that sux...for me that is, I ordered mine at 10am on the dot and still nothing!

Any idea when the rest of your resellers (Noel Leeming group ect) should expect stock?

Seems crazy that the warehouse had some before it went live on the 2degrees site and also had some on launch day, whilst your other resellers don't have any yet.

did you get the vodafone microsim free? Im pretty sure I heard they will give it to you free.
And how do you swap your number over to it?

So I called the Warehouse to check on my order which I received order confirmation for on Monday 1:30pm

Apparently it can't be tracked yet and may take up to 3 to 5 working days for areas outside of Auckland. I didn't bother asking how someone in Wellington received it yesterday. I guess it might arrive tomorrow.

I feel your pain.

I've just checked the 'Your Order Details' page at the Warehouse and it's changed from 'Pending' to 'Shipped' so fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Yes, the micro SIM from Vodafone was free.  The vodafone lady would've made the call to 888 to swap over the number right then and there, but because my number is on the work plan, I had to get our admin to do it.  Begged her to do it so I could play with my new toy, she rang immediately and the new microSIM was live with my number less than 5 minutes later.

I'm still waiting, ordered at 1:30pm on monday, and I'm in Albany. Confident it will come tomorrow though, I'm not too worried.

Yep, I'm still waiting too - ordered Monday afternoon. If they were indeed sent out Tuesday, would have expected them to arrive by now. Ordered a micro SIM from Telecom Wednesday and that arrived quickly (yesterday).

Not worried - just dead keen to get my hands on it.

Still waiting. Not worried, but slightly annoyed I can't get my hands on one of these bloody phones.
In the meantime I have enjoyed this galaxy note 2 I have been using.

I finally received my Warehouse daily deal Nexus 4 this morning at work (Wellington).

The weird thing is this device was locked which I was not expecting.

Hopefully y'all N4's will arrive soon!

What do you mean it was locked? I'm expecting to use my vodafone sim in it..

When I tried to 'root' it, the devices 'Lock State' was set to 'locked' - therefore I had to 'unlock' it before I could root.

I don't think that this has any effect on your sim, well I hope not as that's false advertising!
