Why did I ever expect any level of service from the Warehouse!

Rang the 0800 number on Friday, "yes sir your order will be dispatched this afternoon"

Rang on Monday for track and trace (couriers way out west can be fun!) "no tracking number available sir, I will look into it and call you back"

No call back of course!

Rang again this morning, "no tracking number is available, I will get someone to look into it and call you back"

yeah right!

"oh, you appear to be unhappy sir, why don't we just cancel the order"

WTF!

Warehouse Stationery are probably selling the units that didn't get sent out to those who ordered last Monday.

Anyone received their N4 from the batch apparently sent out yesterday?

Called them again
Still hasnt shipped
No tracking code
They wouldn't call the supplier

Right, just got off the phone to the Warehouse. Friendly chap popped me on hold while he tried to check up on it, came back about 5 mins later, unable to find tracking info from 2degrees. So, he's chasing it up with them and hopefully will call me back when they have some tracking details.

So, if you're still waiting - I would strongly advise giving the Warehouse a call (0800 733 665) to get the ball rolling on chasing up your order and tracking number.

Received an email from the Warehouse at 4pm today (Tuesday). Gave me a tracking number and hopefully N4 will be delivered 1st thing Wednesday here in Wellington CBD....

The Warehouse has been remarkably useless with my order. I ordered on the 12th, and I'm yet to even get a tracking number.

I have an order number but the 'Your orders' section of their website claims I have to orders. I emailed customer service and was greeted with a 'mailbox full' message. At least the person managing their twitter account is responsive!

It seems like the Warehouse is being dragged kicking and screaming into the world of e-commerce.

Hey, I found often clicking the big "orders" button with a picture of a parcel once logged in never seems to work. Once logged into "your warehouse", try the link in the left hand menu for "your orders".

I'm in the same boat as you, pretty annoying to hear it sounds as folks who ordered later are already getting their phones. Even by CourierPost, they should arrive next day in the North Island - so I don't think they can lay blame there.
