I have recently purchased a nexus 7 32G and updated to Android 4.2.1. I founded there is no Development Options in Settings, as the screenshot shown below

Is there anyone have the same problem or solutions?

Quickly tap the Build Number in About Tablet for 7 times, and you will become a developer

Hmm, same with my Galaxy Nexus phone since 4.2.1.

I have found the solutions:
Open Settings, then go to phone details then just tap your Build number "JOP40C 7 times. And you will get development options in settings
