Tempting to side load it

I just flashed it on by copying it over to the phone and in recovery mode pointing it to the up date, install went pretty quick.
The only thing I was having problems with was the gestures, mainly the flash light what is working fine now after having delays or not coming on until I pushed the power button to get it to the lock screen.

Caved in. Have spent the last 3 days looking at all the ROM and Kernel options and seems there are some great combos for getting an insanely buttery smooth experience with great battery life.

Despite all the tweeks and ROM enhancements I just can't get that quick snappy, lag free experience on the Note 3.

so I purchase an international OPO

I don't know why you would want to load another rom onto the device to start with, it is great right out of the box.

Hope you get it all back and the sound works.

side loaded (downloaded and flashed via TWRP) and it installed just fine. Can't say I have noticed that much to get excited about, yet :-)

I have had no problems at all with pxt/mms, I would be interested to know if you had these issues before flashing roms etc?

you might need to setup the apn's for your telco to get MMS etc again.

Over all the phone has been very good, the only problems i have had is no sound but that was because of a 3rd party app and my message tone being to long for it.
