Hi,

I already tried FACTORY DATA RESET, Erase all data on SD card and phone/built-in storage and also HARD RESET.. but whenever i checked the system storage it shows that 1.20GB Os occupied.

then if i download some Apps .. even though i still have enough space for my SD card and in my built-in storage it always shows insufficient storage.. :(

please see the picture that i attached here..

please help me to fix my phone .. Thanks in advance :)

1. That occupied OS is normal. That's where Android operating system is stored.

2. If you set 'Primary storage setting' to Phone storage (not SD card), do you still have trouble installing apps?

3. Based on the answer for question 2, I suspect your SD card is a dud.

Thank you so much for answering my question ..

I thought there's  a big problem about the OS.

I already tried but still have the same effect.. I put it on phone storage then manually move to SD card. I cant download more than 10 apps.

does it mean i need to buy a new one? :(
