No, it looks like they have killed off the GPe phones :(

Good for Motorola though, almost pure Google, so next best thing to a nexus

jsw11984: Yep, I have access to it as well. Strange we didn't any communication from Google about this, I would have thought they would have sent emails to any NZ registered gmail account.

Here's hoping we'll get the Nexus' 6/7 soon as well. 


Motorola online support say the Nexus 6 is available from JB HiFi and PB Tech. I contacted them two days ago. 

I've had it on pre-order with Mobiticity.co.nz for 6 weeks....(64GB Nexus 6). Mobicity tell me it should be here by the end of the first week of February...so it looks like the Nexus 6 is just days away from being widely available for people who seek it out.

Nexus 6 is now on the NZ Play store. Price doesn't look too bad when converting to NZD and adding GST, especially since shipping is now free.
