Hi I think my cheap chinese tablet (ok ok never again i say LOL) that has 67GB has a corrupt file structure/SD partition.
4GB is reserved for system files

There is another 63GB for "internal SD" storage. But after using 11GB of that I no longer can write anymore big files, and reading some of the files either crashes some apps, choppy with some apps, fine with some apps.

Is there an equivalent "partition magic" that I can use to remedy? I have already tried factory reset.

Supposedly. Manufacturers of super-cheap gear have been known to "cheat" on their specs. Just a thought - you may be chasing a phantom.

Id say your 64gb device is actually a 16gb  device

It is definitely now corrupt, 63GB or not ... deleted everything and it won't write.

I have looked at it using about 5 disk analyzer. 4 says 63GB storage, Diskusage says 12GB. Which one to believe?

Anyway, factory reset ... again ... LOL

Now it appears that 4 says 63GB, one says 4GB. I think the internal storage is "fluid", as it has a few partitions that changes in size as you fill it up. Very badly written OS?

Other specs (gotten from benchmark/analyzer apps) are pretty decent; 2560x1600 screen, 4GB ram (supposedly i guess) 2GB system partition on top the mysterious "63GB" ....

Yes, our ipad 2 suffered an accident involving a PS3, screen broke.

Waiting waiting waiting for the next iPad ... but still no next iPad, thought I'd give Chinese clones a go while waiting.
