The guy I dealt with said they were on backorder (as of thursday) and would be "available from 2 November".

I assume that means they are all available today, and it will just be a processing delay

Makes sense, fingers crossed. Haven't seen a shipment email yet

I just spoke to 2degrees. They said the phone is on backorder because of high demand. I ordered on Wednesday as soon as they where available. A bit gutted.

Still waiting for my 128GB code later in month. Almost as exciting as when I got my first android phone, the S1 from Clove tech back in 2010

Just rang 2Degrees to find out what was happening with my order, as I hadn't received an email... Turns out the order was never actually placed, so the lady actioned it then and there. A little gutting as I was super excited to get it tomorrow. 
On a different note - do the phones ordered on plan come with a pre activated nano sim? I only have a micro in my nexus 5 atm.

I notice that my shipping confirmation includes a line item for a "Multi SIM Swap". 

Which is interesting since I am already a 2D customer.  I guess worst case scenario I close my other zero term plan and transfer my number to this one. I am sure this can be sorted out with a trip to a shop if needed.

I'm trying to call them now but am getting bounced back and forwards between sales and support both saying they cant help and I need to speak to the other.

That's quite disappointing. Re the sim, I just received my multi sim pack separately today.. Which means nano/micro/big one all in one

I was bounced between support and sales this arvo, who said that it was processing and they usually dispatch orders up until 8PM. No mention of backorder.

Did you get an order received email on paying etc? I might need to phone again just to find out what's going on
