Hi All,

Recently purchased a new Nokia 6 phone for the wife from Parallel Imports.

We have a Spark pre-pay sim with the $19 Value Pack (with Spotify included).

For some reason the phone will make calls but isn't connecting to the cell network when out and about for mobile data.

Anyone have any idea what the issue may be?

The phone is running "stock" Android 7.1.1

Specs look good for the network, just be aware imported phones can have iffy experience on the network.

i'd double check your APN settings past this, very likely that will be your issue.

Thanks guys,

I'll have a fiddle around with the wife's phone this evening and see if I figure out what's going on.
