Sometimes it's not whether someone believes you or not.

If it's reproducible and can be seen (unlike my Wi-Fi issue) then it's very easy to take a video of it.

Believing a customer is not the issue, it's the evidence of the alleged fault, it's easy to take a video of it.

ripdog:

This issue is not intermittent. I just grabbed the box, turned the phone on, the setup wizard appeared, and then TWO APPS CRASHED. Including the setup wizard. The setup wizard does let me continue, and when I get to "set up as new", Google play services crashed. I had to select set up as new again.

Recording photos or video at the time it occurs are helpful. Also, I'd see if possible to visit PB Tech and for you to spend a little time with the technician with the phone to see if problems present with both of you there. Time consuming and frustrating, I know. Try to keep your communications with PB as professional as possible, try to limit emotional language  - it will help in the long run. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I can't visit the PB Tech RA office as it's in Auckland - 6 hours driving away.

Does anyone have issues with the Dialer responsiveness? When you come off a call and hang up (by pressing the "End Call" button), it takes like 3 ish seconds to actually the end the call/hang up. Has anyone noticed this?

Other than that(and the lack of Oreo update), enjoying this phone a lot!
