Hi all I recently got a pre owned samsung galaxy j2 but been having problems with it last night it froze up the touch pad while still running hit the soft reset using the buttons and now its stuck on the logo screen it has done this atleast twice now but the last time it came right again but this time its been stuck on the logo screen all I can access is the custom OS menu at the moment




would I need to take it in for repairs or is there anything else I can do?

pretty chronic for running out of space and being all but useless.


While in recovery do a app cache clear and try a reboot/battery remove clear.

Got it past the logo and cleared the cache so I'll see what happens for niw

 Presumably you've put a microSD card in it and set your default photo storage to it and moved as many apps as possible to it?

I don't change phones much my old phone wouldn't let me without rooting but not tried that with this one
