can't really comment without the tech specs out.

Should imagine it would be pretty heavy...

I reckon. Assuming 2S1P 7.2V Li-ion, I think a 11Ah battery is going to weigh at least 300g based on a best case scenario of 270Wh/kg.
The P6000 was a beast, yeah it wont be light.
I just hope one day technology gets us back to when ya phone would last 5 days like my nokia 6020.
Ill keep an eye on it and see whats in the guts but I imagine an SD630 and prob 4GB ram.

bet you dont use your phone anything like when you had your 6020 either though.

This is exactly the point most people ignore. You didn't get anywhere near the level of communications coming or going from a dumb phone. Phone calls and texts - that was it. And they weren't usually long calls either... remember the cost?
I don't even see any real reason to complain about having to charge it every day, if the battery never runs out during your waking hours, because you just recharge it when you're sleeping. Presumably most people sleep on a daily basis so having it plugged into the charger then isn't a great inconvenience...
BTW if I just use my Moto G5 as a phone, I get 19 days standby.

Im using a nokia 620 4" phone, I would say i text and call on it 97% of its usage. Its useful for Nokia maps which are brilliant. But honestly my usage hasnt changed that much.
BUT i have other smartphones for QA process of SDLC. I just cant handle small screens, I use my notebook for almost everything.
However, now we are getting more and more HDR content streaming its a cheap way to watch high res HDR, even if its 5.8".
Ive considered a tab s3 just for the amoled and movies.
Id not buy a 300gm phone myself. The reason I still use the nokia over the other phones is I dont feel it in my pocket, its light and generally I get 2-3 days on a charge. I will admit its getting sluggish now so I am going to have to start using one of the other phones.
Im actually waiting for the nokia 7 with the 3800mah battery and the sd660 soc which should give great screen on time/battery life. Maybe then Ill be forced into doing other things with my phone instead of my notebooks.

No I dont ignore it, that is my use case. I know quite a few people who use a phone as a phone. I sometimes still use my old nokias for battery life if Im going out on the launch for a couple weeks etc, more from a safety perspective.
It is strange as a mobile tech addict when I think about it. Im all about the GAS with smartphones, not the use case.
