Still haven't received a survey that's paid out and is shown in my history since May 10th

Hmm mine's been pretty consistent.  I had a look at my history and have had multiple rewards a month apart from in Jan when I only had 1.  I've been using it since Nov 2017 too and have managed to rack up $71.

Mines generally been farmers/bunnings/countdown/harvey norman related.

I'd never heard of Rewards until reading this thread, but signed up after - in the subsequent nine days I've already had six surveys. What's the basis on which people receive survey offers?

There's no official word on this from Google but I've done a bit of reading around this on places like reddit.

It appears your demographic attributes are likely to influence things (people have noticed women tend to get more surveys than men, and people of a younger age also seem to get more).

Google also apparently throw in surveys to test if you're telling the truth. i.e. asking if you've been somewhere that doesn't exist. If you answer this incorrectly then they'll stop sending surveys for a bit.

That's why I actually think it's a good idea to attach receipts if you're asked - you don't get more money but you're proving that when you answered "yes I bought something" that you're telling the truth and you're trust score will increase and you'll get more surveys in future.

Late reply, but Mitre10 and Countdown seem to be the most common ones for me, with Armstrong Motor Group popping up once.

245 surveys since Jan 2018 with $83 earned and mostly spent in games.  "free" play for the win.

Usually get surveys from daily to every few days, last one was July 28 though.

Most amusing was when I was doing renovations over the Xmas break and visiting Mega at least once a day, if not more and the app was asking when I last visited.  There was never the option for "today" or "I'm here at the moment".
