Yes, shame cuz the S24+ is the sweetspot from a size perspective.

S24 Ultra I assume you meant?

Please tell us if the 10x zoom is indeed better than the S23U.

Yes, sorry. Fixed.

Yes, with stabilisation it gets rid of those jumps up and down. I will take a couple of photos from the backyard here and upload.

Do you feel it's worth the upgrade from the S23U? Considering the S23 will also get AI features in Q1, outside of that does it feel samey samey or do you think it's a good upgrade? I know it's totally subjective but it's OK!

If you are at that point where an upgrade is feasible, yes. It's lighter, just a bit faster. The AI stuff is nice - photo editing where you can circle an object, person then move that around or delete it, and it fills the space left behind on the original spot is really well done. The sound recording where it identifies different people and transcribes with "Person 1", "Person 2" is really neat. And the on-device live translation of calls is a bit slow but it does the job - tested with daughter here.

Exynos for S24 and S24+ while S24U remains on SD 8 Gen3

Wonder why NZ gets the "privilege" of getting the Exynos processor instead of the SnapDragon? Guess I'll be sticking with my S23.

Anybody know if you can trade in multiple devices towards a S24U? My old apple watch series 4 is worth a surprising $490 trade-in :O
