Linuxluver: I'm seeding a torrent for the Eken M001 firmware v1.9 here:

Is this the version with the HD YT?

Any chance you could put it on a megaupload or similar account? - just the torrent doesnt appear to be seeding.

Cheers

I don't use mega-choke and similar sites. They annoy the hell out of me.

The torrent is seeding. I'm sitting here looking at it. People have been downloading it all day. Maybe the server was fully loaded. I only have 1MB upload, so I restrict downloaders to 6 at once. But at least with my torrent server you know that if you get connected you WILL get the whole file. I notices earlier there were 3 peers seeding as well as me, so that should greatly improve throughput and get around my limit of 6.

Here is the Magnet link:

(Note for anyone interested: The only files I'm serving via bittorrent are freely / publicly available android tablet firmware and custom firmware also freely / publicly available)

My replacement M001 arrived this week and I have loaded the Ecotox 1.3.1 firmware.
A big thankyou to Linuxlover - assistance has been greatly appreciated!

Getting the market working can be a bit of a pain, but it is possible.

The core steps are in the article below
http://www.slatedroid.com/wiki/index.php?title=Fix_Market_For_Slates

Now I can sit back and enjoy my device (instead of getting frustrated at it!)

Those instructions are pretty good. For creating the AVD, all I do is add sdcard support (20MB) and everything else is the default. It works fine for me.
