Just wondering what UI's you like the most and why? Whether it be stock, HTC Sense, Motoblur, TouchWiz, etc..

I've always been in to rooting my phone and customising it. I just picked up an HTC Incredible S and I love the new HTC Sense. I don't see any need to theme the homescreens as yet. The HTC widgets are superb.

I liked the stock SenseUI, but the Desire has such limited on-board space that I ended up rooting & using custom ROMs. I'm now running Cyanogenmod 7 RC2 and have ADW.LauncherEX as my UI.

Gotta say I love the gestures that you can use with ADW.

I really like Sense. But I decided to give Launcher pro a go and I just looooove what you can do with the dock. Add in desktop vizualizer and folder organizer and it's pretty bloody awesome what you can do.
