Foo: Got my new 2000mAh extended battery this week and have managed to get 12 hours life each day, with about 20% remaining. I'm running stock ICS 4.0.3.

Am using streaming music over 3G for about an hour each day, but fairly light phone usage during the day (couple of calls/dozen sms messages/little web browsing).

Guess I'm getting 2 - 3 hours extra usage versus 1650mAh battery. Well worth the investment, especially at the price.

I could easily get 36 hours from my 1650mah battery with GB!

Yeah, but there was when GB came out. . . . .And Froyo back in the day.  We need to be patient, and let the kernel devs work through isolating and fixing them.

I'm really impressed with ICS actually, given how good is it for such an immature product.

So, uh, did you actually use your phone? I'm also on stock and haven't made any changes re: lowering screen brightness.

Actually, my phone has been running for 12 hours off the charger and still has 47% left on the battery, so that is pretty good. I've listened to about an hour of audio and made one short call a little browsing.

Yeah I do, but I'm not normally a Lulzactive fan - it takes too much tinkering to get the best out of it, and I can't be bothered learning all the nuances of how to tune it - I prefer Conservative/Lionheart, but it was a bit sluggish in the earlier kernels.

I've been testing the new Oxygen ICS ROMs.. seems really nice so far, no major issues. USB storage and USB host (OTG) working well, with the new Siyah kernels.
Oh and I'm running it in a dual-boot setup with Omega.. so I now have a fully loaded souped-up ROM as my primary, and I could boot into the super-light and clean secondary ROM when my battery is low, or if I need the RAM/performance for a demanding game. :)

Right I think it's come to the time where I move on from CM9 and try a different rom or two. What is everyone's recommendation?

Hi There!

From 8am yesterday to 3pm today I have 27% battery left, I have called for about an hour, checked my emails (Set to Sync every hour + download on request 3-4 times a day).

Can someone point me in the right direction for a stock ROM (ICS or GB)? Speaker is playing up on my phone so I might have to do a warranty return

Is your phone a local (VF or Telecom), or an import?

DoggNZ: Import

Do you know what the phone's country of origin was?  Not trying to play 20 questions, but the country will determine which ROM you need to flash back to for warranty purposes.
