I got some Sense 3.0 features working on my Incredible S. Thought I'd share...

Excuse the croaky voice and dishevelled look, I hadn't been up long :p

So you need to have root access and also be running a custom ROM that's deodexed. (easier than it sounds).

Ah, not that into rooting the device. Oh well...

Slightly off topic...

I might get the Sensation though and that comes with Sense 3.0. Just the screen I am not 100% sure about in terms of usability in daylight. HTC Desire HD's screen is not viewable outdoors.

Yeah the Sensation looks like a fantastic phone. You'd be right to research on whether the device is good in sunlight.

Rooting is not for everyone.

Yeah all the videos I have seen that compares the SGS2 and HTC Sensation make the SGS2's screen come up trumps. The HTC Sensation screens doesnt look like its good in the light and also seems abit blurry/foggy (If that makes sense). IE: The colours dont look like what they are meant to be.

Yeah, the colours seem to be washed out. I wonder if they have used the same screen as the HTC Desire HD? That's the only thing that's putting me off getting something like the Sensation.

The plus with the Samsung Galaxy S II is that you can use it on either Vodafone, 2Degrees or XT.

The video is uploading now. No idea why it only took the first 1.12. Will edit 1st post once it's done.

Actually it doesn't look like I can edit the 1st post, so here's the "extended" version of the video.
