"I... like... big phones and I cannot lie"

The number of times a week I actually hold a phone up to my ear these days is so minimal I'm into this. Have had big arsed phones before - this looks svelte compared to my htc advantage!

Personally 5" is about the max size I'd go to for a fone..

Any guesses on how this will be priced?

My going from a 3.8" WVGA screen to a 4.3" WVGA netted a massive improvement as far as user experieince went, going to a 5.3" will jsut about have me retiring the laptop for sure

A 5.3" screened phone is goign to be no more incomvenient that some of the bricks of old that we all managed to carry around without major issue

I can see the SGS2 getting swapped out for one of these in due course

Sounds kind of cool, but I'm pretty interested in the 7.7. I don't know though.

My consumerism is somehow being tempered by common sense :(

I am quite interested in larger sized smartphone screens! It's the perfect blend between a "standard" smartphone and a tablet PC. Definitely keen!

The more I think about this phone the more I "need" one.... :D

Hopefully the resale on the SGS2's will offset a reasonable portion of the upgrade cost

I will wait to see what HTC comes up with in the new "larger screen smartphone" market before deciding on whether this beast is the one to get. So far it's looking pretty good!

I have been researching the upcoming "super"smartphones and there are a number of very impressive looking and specc'ed phones on the4 horizon, times are achanging that's for sure

I have to say though the samsungs keep hitting the spot for me, I don't think i would look beyond them

Hands on video. Looks fine in the hands really. Plus, considering I don't call from my personal mobile (thanks to work), it won't look ridiculously large next to my face:)

In fact, it's all about the web these days!
