own3d: Maybe you need to create a symlink from /mnt/sdcard call it extSdCard and point it to /mnt/extSdCard ?

Not possible, as fat32 (and other windows filesystems) don't support symlinks.

You could of course re-format the SD card with a *nix filesystem, but then you wouldn't be able to access it from a windows OS.

Right, /mnt/sdcard is where your SD card is mounted, with a fat32 filesystem. You can't create symlinks under this path.

JB isn't that stable yet so I'll wait till Samsung release JB which looks like end of month then the roms will roll out.

Ive been running JB for awhile with SuperNexus Rom and its pretty stable, slight memory leak but otherwise superb!

I was running it as well and it wasn't that stable in my opinion given it was a ported nexus rom. Each to their own :)

you are correct, sorry... I meant to say as such. Either way, the filesystem on the internal memory still doesn't support symlinks.

Don't want to wipe/factory reset everything, have done that too much lately to bother go around setting it all up again and redownloading.

No point with the official coming out in a couple weeks.

Not yet. Using 'effing Hotfile for the download, download failed twice last night with no resume possible and before bed nobody had arranged a better mirror. Will try again tomorrow (at Slash tonight, so no ROM flash for me).

In terms of this being a wipe ROM, doesn't bother me at all. I always wipe on a fresh flash. Titanium Backup makes restoration simple.
