Just a quick note to let you know we will be launching the Gakaxy S III at $944 for the 16GB and 1044 for the 32GB.

At this stage only the 16GB white will be available from tomorrow and it looms like the rest of the models will be roughly 10 days away from launch.

They are all the same. Vodafone, Telecom and 2Degrees are the same phone. You're going to flash the OS with an international version anyway.

sittingduckz: Oh stink bro, I just got an email from Vodafone saying I had to pay $150 early resign fee. On Friday I checked this on the VF website and it said Less that 6 months $0 for a resign. I have less than 4 months remaining.

I find this a bit poor considering I did have a good check of these details, and yet they change behind your back like this.

I have been with vodafone for very long time and to be honest am a little pissed about it.

Well call them and have a chat, with respect, with the exception of perhaps 2 people, no-one here has any ability to assist you.

I have found VF very reasonable, I would just call them and politely make your case.

Now I'm a happy man. I'm going to rush in and pay the rest tomorrow. I just got paid last night haha.

Hope to secure this deal. And hopefully can score more bonus on the day as well like cases or voucher :)

Normally JB only do vouchers when you get it on a plan.

They have got their point of sale up for it.

I'm already on a plan though. That is why I'm paying cash. My plan is too good to lose.

Yeah I'm happy to pay $5 more, and avoid both DickSmith, for their continued rubbish service in Featherston Street, Queensgate, and Porirua branches down here in Wellington,
- Featherston street - stock showing on website, nothing there, told me to go to Jaycar. Foolishly went in 2 weeks later for a blank 2Degrees sim showing as in stock, again told me to go to the 2Degrees store
- Queensgate - gave me a used copy of PlayTV, after leaving me waiting round for 20 minutes, while chatting to others in the store
- Porirua - sold me the wrong mouse in a keyboard/mouse set, and an opened box that had been resealed by the staff member

and JBHIfi, because the Wellington store smells really bad still

Smell smell, i think the's the floor polish!

Yeah I've been the Hamilton store a few times as the parents in-law are up there, actually quite like that store, it's at the correct temp, and doesn't smell.

The Wellington store is humid, too warm, smells of turd/floor polish, and body odor!

haha JB store in hamilton is good. Even tho havent bought anything from there yet. Probably pop in there 2mrow and buy the sgs 3 :)

I posted that earlier. To do with hardware issues and 2Degrees. My WHS girl spoke to Samsung and 2Degrees.

Worst Case Scenario is saturday. It's only two day later. Doesn't really bother me.

Apparantly the supplier begins shipping them tomorrow, but only 1/2 tomorrow and the other 1/2 on Friday. So stores could recieve them from tomorrow to Tuesday next week.
