but how many of you out there have trouble with sleep?
I know I do, and have met a lot of people in IT who have trouble.
I think it could be an interesting topic to start explorirng if it recieves any interest.
my first question would be: if you have sleeping trouble - have you ever tried to get help for it?

I have had sleeping difficulties for as long as I can remember, and have always just accepted it as a fact of life. I usually go to bed early and lie awake for at least an hour before I eventually get to sleep, although I find that I go to sleep almost immediately if I've been out drinking. I find that late nights followed by early nights tends to aggravate the problem. Being more consistent with the times that I go to bed and get up would be highly desirable, but it doesn't really suit my lifestyle.
