Ducati know how to do customer service!

Wow! I submitted a support request through http://www.ducati.com last night as I was trying to register for a login and ran into problems.


I have just received a phone call from a very helpful Ducati employee IN ITALY calling to help me sort out the issue.

It is only a simple user registration problem, something that could easily be fixed via e-mail, and would be by most companies after a longer delay, but Ducati choose to call.


Sure I paid through the nose for my 2 wheeled toy and continue to do so with servicing etc but this has me very impressed!
