Does anyone else here have MLBTV and have connected there TV to it? If so do you get HD picture quality? And if you do did it come naturally or did you have to do something? I can only get low quality coverage at moment.

Pardon my ignorance but what is a MLBTV?

Yes I subscribe to MLB.tv. I can't comment on the Panasonic app, I have a Samsung TV.
My preferred method of watching games is via Boxee Box. The Boxee app allows you to choose between normal or  high definition. I usually just go for normal which gives a good perfectly watchable picture with usually no buffering. With high def I do get some buffering.

My alternative means of streaming is with the Samsung internet@TV app. This automatically adjusts the quality depending on available bandwidth. Works OK but flashes a large annoying banner every time it changes. I've just watched the end of the Yankees/Red Sox game this way, most of the time it was in high def bit it did downgrade occasionally, not as smooth an experience as the Boxee Box.

Have you checked your bandwiith with the MLB.tv speed test?

During the day I usually get around 3500-4000 kbps, a check just now shows 3832kbps. This should be enough for high def but it doesn't seem to work quite as they say. Have a look at their forums as well to see what problems they have. Been quite a few grizzles this season.
