I was reading on various web pages that some telephone systems support activation of anonymous call rejection with *77 and de-activation with *87.
Does that work on a Telecom phone line? I'm guessing it won't, but thought somebody here might be able to enlighten me on systems that might support this feature in NZ.

PS I've got callerid on my line if that makes a difference.
Telecom don't use Star codes for their feature codes so these won't work. I'm not aware of Telecom supporting anonymous call rejection on their PSTN lines.
Star codes have been pretty much standardised in the VoIP world.
